AXOMED — Product Status & Go-Live Report
Version 21 · 11 August 2026 · Prepared for the founder (non-technical, plain language). Everything below is honest — nothing is exaggerated.
Ek seedhi baat (plain truth): AXOMED abhi ek "70% complete SaaS" hai — frontend + backend + database kaafi kaam karta hai, lekin jo cheezein sirf aap (founder) de sakte hain — real doctors, real payments (JazzCash/Easypaisa), WhatsApp Business API, aur apna domain connect — woh abhi pending hain. Is page par har cheez ka saaf hisaab hai: LIVE kya hai, DEMO kya hai, aur NOT YET kya hai.

Q1. "Kia hamara complete SaaS product ban gaya hai?" — Is AXOMED a complete SaaS now?
HONEST ANSWER: NO — not yet (about 70%)
JO BAN CHUKA HAI (complete & running): 22+ polished pages, health assessment quiz, all 6 portals (admin, patient, doctor, pharmacy, courier, labs), live backend API on Railway, a real database with real rows (18 users, 10 leads, 17 orders, 7 assessments right now), CRM leads, auth with seeded accounts, WhatsApp-ready buttons.
JO ABHI NAHI BANA (the 30%): real payment gateway, real WhatsApp Business API, real onboarded doctors (PMDC numbers are placeholders), real pharmacy partners, video consultations, your own domain (axomed.com.pk) connected, real patient signups. These are not code problems — they need your accounts, licenses and partnerships.
Q2. "Agr nahi bana to kia difference hai?" — If not complete, what's the difference?
Think of it like a restaurant: the dining area is fully built (website, portals, flows) and the kitchen runs (backend + database). But the cash register is not connected (no real payments), the waiter has no real phone line (WhatsApp API not connected), and the chefs are not hired yet (no real doctors registered). A complete product = a customer can pay real money, get matched to a real licensed doctor, and the doctor's prescription flows to a real pharmacy that delivers. Right now that last-mile loop is demo-mode.
Q3. "Hamare is product mein aur MEDVi mein kia difference hai?" — Difference vs MEDVi?
AXOMED already matches MEDVi on the core care journey — assessment quiz, program pages, portals, pricing (ours is more transparent: flat Rs. 12,999), FAQ. What MEDVi has that we don't (yet):

Q4. "Kia hamara live entries ke saath chal raha hai ya dummy?" — Live or dummy data?
MIXED — honest breakdown:
✅ REALLY LIVE: backend API (health check: 200 OK), database on Railway (real PostgreSQL rows: 18 users, 10 leads, 17 orders, 7 assessments), CRM leads endpoint (returns data — admin login required), system-status page (live ping), all API-driven pages.
⚠️ SEEDED / DEMO: the users, leads, orders and assessments in the DB are test records we created for demos (e.g. "Investor Demo Test", "QC Test v10") — not real customers. Doctor profiles and PMDC numbers are placeholders. Portal dashboards show demo-first fallback data when you're not logged in.
❌ NOT REAL YET: payments (no gateway keys), WhatsApp messages (sandbox mode — no real sending), email (no Resend key), pharmacy orders (no real partners).
Q5. "Agr fake hai to q?" — If fake, why?
Because the missing pieces cannot be created by code — they legally require your identity, licenses and approvals:
• Real payments → JazzCash/Easypaisa merchant application takes 1–3 weeks of bank verification (your CNIC/company docs).
• WhatsApp Business API → needs your business Meta/Facebook verification (30–60 min, but business-level).
• Real doctors → need actual licensed Pakistani doctors to sign up (PMDC numbers come from real doctors, not us).
• Real testimonials → need real patients who actually used the service (we will never fake reviews — that would destroy trust and break the law).
• Your domain → you own axomed.com.pk; we can't point it anywhere without your registrar/DNS access.
Short answer: demo data is a placeholder so you can SEE the product working — the real data will come the moment you finish the accounts checklist (items 1–8 from the Founder Checklist).
Q6. "Live pore system chalane ke liye domain axomed.com.pk ko kese connect karoge?" — How to connect the domain?
Two connections, both easy (15–30 min total, DNS updates take 30 min–48 h to propagate):
Step A — Frontend (the website the world sees): we push the frontend to

Netlify auto-provisions SSL (https) — no certificate needed.
Step B — Backend API (the kitchen): in Railway, add your domain to the backend service, then in DNS add:
CNAME: api → your-backend.up.railway.app
